When applying them make sure the skin is clean with no creams, lotions or body wash residues. If you are a size C or D, lift the breast as high as possible with the attached adhesive. Then rub the hand over the top of the attached pad to warm it and make sure that it’s really stuck. You can then cut off any adhesive that may be showing if you are wearing a low cut top.
